Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch times All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Tracking All orders are sent with full end-to-end tracking via Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com.
Packaging All vinyl records are carefully packaged in protective mailers and rigid cardboard to ensure your records arrive in perfect condition. We take the safety of your order seriously.
Lost or delayed orders If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at [insert email] and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
Damaged items If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item before opening fully and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
