This is a proper late-'90s dancefloor banger with that Fatboy Slim touch.  The single uses vocals/lyrics from Ithaka's "So Get Up"  Fatboy Slim contributed key remix versions (notably the "Fatboy Really Lost It" mix).  The title is sometimes punctuated as Get Up!Go Insane! on charts and labels.  A classic big beat/house crossover track from the late '90s UK dance scene
